100% plant-based compost, made from natural materials such as pine bark, heather, pine needles, leaf litter, etc., which undergo a controlled composting process and are certified as a suitable input for organic farming.
ECOBOSC’s particle size distribution creates a network of macropores that increases water infiltration through the soil and prevents soil compaction, thereby acting as a soil texture improver.
ECOBOSC is an alternative growing medium designed to replace peat. Its high porosity allows it to maintain an optimal level of readily available water. At the same time, the amount of water that is not readily assimilated is sufficient to prevent the material from drying out completely, thereby helping it retain moisture during periods of drought.
Product suitable for use in organic farming in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 of June 28, 2007, on the production and labeling of organic products.
