Applications and Uses

Recebo Green 2000 is ideal for regenerating and restoring damaged lawns; it stimulates the growth of new leaves and roots. The result is a denser, more uniform lawn.
Topdressing is a highly beneficial technique for improving soil structure; it promotes better drainage and increases water-holding capacity. This ensures healthy growth and recovery of the lawn. The process involves lightly covering the existing lawn with a layer of topdressing to stimulate the growth of new roots and blades of grass.
Plant compost and horse manure provide essential nutrients that are released slowly, serving as a steady, long-lasting source of nourishment for the lawn and soil.
It improves the permeability and mechanical strength of the soil, helps control the geotextile layer, and can be used to level out minor unevenness in the ground, as well as to fill holes and cover seeds after planting.

Application Tips

Before applying the topdressing, mow the existing lawn low, scarify it, or aerate it to break up the thatch layer and ensure that the topdressing penetrates properly, promoting the growth of new shoots.
Use a spreader or similar tool to distribute the topdressing evenly in a layer 0.5 to 2 cm thick over the lawn surface. Be sure to cover all areas equally to achieve uniform results.
When sowing seeds or laying sod, the topdressing can be applied by spreading a layer over the planting bed or by lightly covering the seeds or sod.
Once the topdressing has been applied, water the area to ensure the product settles properly.
